Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

This page explains the choices you have about how MURAT DUMAN ("we", "us") uses your personal information for advertising in the Basketball AI: Odds & Analysis app and on our website. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

1. What "sharing" means here

We do not sell your personal information for money.

On the free plan, our app shows ads served by Google AdMob. When personalized advertising is on, AdMob may collect or receive advertising identifiers (such as your device's advertising ID), device and app information, usage data and approximate location derived from your IP address, and may use them to show ads tailored to your interests, including based on your activity across other companies' apps and websites. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (the "CCPA"), disclosing personal information for this kind of cross-context behavioral advertising is "sharing" of personal information, and you have the right to opt out.

You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time. If you opt out, you may still see ads, but they will not be personalized using this kind of data.

2. How to opt out

In the app

Open the app, go to Settings > Privacy, and turn off personalized ads. When this setting is off, we tell our advertising provider to show you non-personalized ads only and to restrict the processing of your data for personalized advertising.

On your device

You can also control advertising at the device level. Menu names can vary by device and operating-system version.

• iPhone and iPad: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, and turn off "Allow Apps to Request to Track" or turn off tracking for Basketball AI: Odds & Analysis. You can also turn off Apple's personalized ads under Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising.
• Android: Settings > Privacy > Ads (on some devices, Settings > Google > Ads), and choose Delete advertising ID or opt out of ads personalization.

On our website: Global Privacy Control

If your browser or extension sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we honor it on our website. We treat a GPC signal as a request to opt out of the sale and sharing of personal information for that browser or device and, where we can link the browser to a signed-in account, for that account as well.

By email

You can email dumanmuraat@gmail.com with the subject line "Opt out of sale/sharing". Please include the email address or username on your Basketball AI: Odds & Analysis account so we can find it. We do not need to verify your identity to process an opt-out request.

3. After you opt out

We will process your opt-out as soon as possible and no later than 15 business days after we receive it. We will not ask you to opt in again for at least 12 months, and you can change your mind at any time by turning the setting back on. [COUNSEL TO CONFIRM: opt-out processing deadlines.]

To confirm that your choice has taken effect, check that Settings > Privacy > personalized ads shows as off, or email dumanmuraat@gmail.com and we will confirm in writing.

4. Other statements

• No sale or sharing of data about people under 21. The Service is for adults aged 21 and over, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 21.
• Sensitive personal information. We use sensitive personal information, such as direct message contents and metadata once direct messaging is available, only to provide the service, keep it secure and moderate it. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell or share it. See Section 4 of our Privacy Policy.
• No discrimination. We will not deny you service, charge you a different price or give you a different level of service because you opt out or exercise any other privacy right.
• Authorized agents. You can use an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request for you. We may ask for proof of the agent's authorization.
• Other rights. You also have the right to know, access, delete and correct your personal information. You can download or delete your data in the app or at /delete-account, and you can read about all your rights in our Privacy Policy.
