Delete Your Account

You can delete your Basketball AI: Odds & Analysis account at any time, in the app or on this page.

In the app

Open Profile → Settings → Your data → Delete account and confirm. This is the fastest way: it takes effect right away.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app, fill in the form below. We verify that the request comes from the account owner (we may email you or ask you to confirm from the account) and process it within 7 days. You will get a tracking number now and an email when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your profile, bio, settings, notifications and push tokens, plus your profile picture file.
• Your follows (both directions), blocks and mutes, your votes, favorites and followed games.
• Your sign-in link (Apple / Google) and your sessions.
• Direct messages, if and when that feature is available: deleted for both sides.

What happens to your posts and comments

By default your posts, comments and quotes stay but are shown as written by “Deleted user”: they are no longer linked to your account or profile. If you tick “Also delete my posts, comments and picks”, they are deleted too. Where other people replied to a comment of yours, a “deleted” placeholder stays so their replies are kept.

What we may keep

• Reports you filed and the moderation log, without your identity, as described in our Privacy Policy (generally up to one year after resolution).
• Records we must keep by law or for safety, including a one-way identifier of banned accounts, and anything under a legal hold (for example a report to NCMEC).
• Purchases are handled by Apple or Google: cancel any subscription in your App Store or Google Play settings, deleting the account does not cancel it.
