MURAT DUMAN ("we", "us") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of Basketball AI: Odds & Analysis to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (17 U.S.C. § 512, the "DMCA"), we respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the law and are properly submitted to our designated agent. This policy applies to content that users post on the Service, such as posts, comments, quotes, bios and profile pictures.

MURAT DUMAN

You can also use the online forms at the bottom of this page. Please send only copyright notices to this agent. For other legal matters, use dumanmuraat@gmail.com.
2. How to submit a copyright notice
If you believe content on Basketball AI: Odds & Analysis infringes your copyright, send us a written notice with all of the following (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. If multiple works are covered by one notice, a representative list of them.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing or the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it, such as a link to the post, the username of the poster and a description.
- Your contact information, including your address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
A notice that does not substantially comply with these requirements may not be effective. We may contact you for more information.
When we receive a valid notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the material. We will take reasonable steps to notify the user who posted the material, and we will send that user a copy of the notice, which may include your name and contact information. By submitting a notice, you consent to this.
3. Counter-notice
If your content was removed or disabled and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to our designated agent (17 U.S.C. § 512(g)) with:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or an agent of that person.
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we will send a copy to the person who submitted the original notice and tell them we will restore the material in 10 business days unless they notify us that they have filed a court action seeking an order against you. Unless we receive that notice, we may restore the material not less than 10 and not more than 14 business days after we receive the counter-notice.
4. Misrepresentations
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. Please make sure you have a good-faith basis before you submit a notice or counter-notice. You may want to talk to a lawyer first. Notices and counter-notices, including your personal information, may be shared with the other party and kept in our records.
5. Repeat infringer policy
It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances, to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright. We keep a record of valid copyright notices received against each user, along with counter-notices and outcomes, in our moderation records. A user may be treated as a repeat infringer where we have received more than one valid notice about their content that was not successfully counter-noticed or withdrawn. We may also remove content and take other action under our Terms of Use at any time.
6. Trademark and right-of-publicity complaints
The DMCA process above applies to copyright claims only. Claims about trademarks (for example, team or league logos and names), rights of publicity or privacy (for example, use of a player's photo or likeness), or other legal rights are not DMCA notices, and the DMCA safe-harbor process does not apply to them. We handle those through a separate review. Please email dumanmuraat@gmail.com with the following: who you are and the right you own, identification and location of the content, why you believe it violates your rights, your contact details and a statement that your information is accurate. We may remove content and take other action at our discretion, but we do not promise to take action on any specific complaint.
