By downloading or using Basketball AI: Odds & Analysis (the "App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Informational purposes only
The App provides statistical analysis and AI-generated predictions about NBA games for informational and entertainment purposes. It is not a sportsbook, does not accept wagers and is not financial or betting advice. Predictions can be wrong, and past performance does not predict future results. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make, including any wagers placed with third parties.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. If you choose to bet, you must comply with the laws of your state, which may require you to be 21 or older.
3. Subscriptions
Silver and Gold are auto-renewing monthly subscriptions billed through your Apple ID or Google Play account. They renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
4. Acceptable use
Do not copy, resell or redistribute the App's content, scrape or overload our services, or attempt to bypass subscription features.
5. Third-party data and trademarks
Game data and odds come from third-party providers and may be delayed or inaccurate. Basketball AI: Odds & Analysis is not affiliated with the NBA or its teams; team names are used for identification only.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any losses arising from your use of the App or reliance on its content.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new terms.
